The full application requests specific details about the project including project documents (See "Documents" tab). To be considered, a full application must be submitted by April 9, 2021.

• A limited number of grants will be awarded. Announcements will be made in May 2021 via email.
• If selected, awardees will be required to submit progress reports, an establishment plan, a long-term maintenance plan and documentation of project expenses to receive grant funds.

Customers who have been awarded Xeriscape Incentive Program grants must submit photos, Progress Reports, a Final Report, an Establishment Plan, and a Management Plan. These reports are used to document project progress, as well as any changes from the project plans described in the Customer Agreement. The reporting frequency requirements are listed in each Customer Agreement.

Instructions:

1. On the Reporting page, select the tab that corresponds to the current reporting period for your project, then respond to the questions and upload relevant documents.
2. Complete Question 1 to indicate your report type before moving on to the subsequent questions. Only those questions relevant to your type of report will be shown. Depending on the type of report you will NOT answer all questions and the question numbers WILL AUTOMATICALLY SKIP for each type of report.
3. When you are finished, click on the “Submit Report” button on the upper right-hand side of the page.

Important Considerations:

- Report 1 is required for only those participants who began work prior to the Customer Agreement meeting. If you do not see a tab for Report 1, it is not required for your project.

- As a reminder, you will NOT answer every question depending on your report type. The question numbers will skip depending on your report type. Progress Reports include questions 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 18. Final Reports include questions 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 16, 17, 18, 19. 

- Following report submittal, Water Conservation staff may contact you to schedule one or more project site visits.
