The City of Plano has a partnered with Texas Muslim Women's Foundation and Assistance Center of Collin County to administer a homelessness prevention program that provides rent assistance, with a small amount of utility assistance to low income households that live within the city of Plano city limits, in order to prevent them from becoming homeless. If you need assistance completing this application or have questions please email 131@tmwf.org.

This program will NOT pay hotel/motel stays or provide mortgage assistance.
