This request is open to nonprofit organizations, community-based organizations, tribes and tribal organizations serving communities in King County. Small nonprofits, people of color-led organizations, Native and Indigenous led organizations, organizations serving LGBTQ communities, other culturally specific organizations and small community-based organizations are encouraged to submit proposals.

Eligible applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Established experience working with survivors of domestic and/or sexual violence
• Work with, or demonstrate a willingness to build the capacity to work with, program participants throughout King County
• Demonstrated ability to effectively deploy financial support for client costs, such as flexible financial assistance, to survivors
• Acknowledge understanding of and ability to comply with Executive Order #ACO-8-28-EO, which requires workers of King County contractors to be fully vaccinated before beginning work if the workers will be 1) providing on-site services on county property or in county facilities, or 2) providing services requiring interaction with the general public. • Submit a timely application within the scope of work of this RFP as outlined in Section II. C., RFP OVERVIEW: The Request.
