The United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) issued a supplemental Continuum of Care Program Notice of Funding Opportunity to expand services and housing for unsheltered individuals and families with severe service needs. The Tucson Pima Collaboration to End Homelessness (TPCH) is designated by HUD as the AZ-501 Tucson/Pima County Continuum of Care and is responsible for preparing the CoC’s application for these supplemental CoC funds. The FY 2022 Supplemental Unsheltered CoC NOFO was released by HUD on June 23, 2022 and is available at https://www.hud.gov/program_offices/comm_planning/coc/specialCoCNOFO. Consistent with HUD requirements, TPCH is administering the local competition for new applications for CoC Supplemental NOFO funds.
This application is not related to the annual Continuum of Care Program renewal and new project application funding competition (annual NOFO) which will be separately released at a later date.
This application is only one component of the process for applying for HUD Continuum of Care funds and must be submitted in addition to the Federal application submitted in HUD's e-snaps system. Please consult the the TPCH FY 2022 Continuum of Care Supplemental Unsheltered Funding Competition Overview, Instructions, and Process document and the HUD FY 2022 Continuum of Care Program Supplemental NOFO for full instructions. Both can be accessed at https://tpch.net/about/nofa-documents/2022-unsheltered/.
