Please provide the following information for your organization. As an Applicant in the ZoomGrants system, you will only have to complete this information once. Your information will be saved for all other applications submitted through the ZoomGrants system.

One project application must be completed for each New Project or Transition Grant submitted for funding consideration. There is no limit to the number or type of project application submissions that each organization can make. 

Please note that some questions apply only to certain program types (e.g., some questions pertain only to Transitional Housing). Please read each question carefully and be sure to respond only to those required for your project type. Please also refer to the Scoring Factors document in the Library to understand how different questions will be scored.

Please note that the Budget Forms are available in the Library tab and one Budget Form must be completed for each new or transition project application.
