If you submit your application and it is not complete including all questions being answered and all necessary documents being uploaded your application will not be processed and it will be returned to you so that you may complete it fully.

PLEASE COMPELTE YOUR APPLICATION FULLY (this includes answering all questions and attaching all required documents).

APPLICATIONS WITHOUT COMPLETE INFORMATION AND/OR DOCUMENTATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. THEY WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU IN ORDER TO BE COMPLETED FULLY AND WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL THEY ARE COMPLETE.

Please upload any documents that are pertinent to your household. All required document must be submitted. If you have any documents that are listed but not required they are applicable to your household and should be provided.

Loan applicants need to only provide the following: Driver's License(s) or ID(s), Deed, Tax Assessment, current (most recent) Mortgage Statement, current (most recent) FPL bill (or other utility bill if needed), a signed Certification/Recipient Statement, and bankruptcy documentation (as applicable).
