To save your answer, simply click outside the border of the answer field, and wait for the flashing "Saving" message to disappear before clicking into the next answer field or scrolling up and down. To undo/revert a text edit, you can use “Ctrl+Z” before clicking outside of the answer field.

You may want to complete your answers in a separate Word file and transfer the final answers to the online application portal.

Use the below table to upload the application attachments. Some attachments are noted as required for all project types, and some are required only for certain project types. 

As noted, successfully uploaded documents will be displayed after the page is refreshed. Be sure to click on the "Upload Now" button to upload a file, and refresh the page after each upload, as waiting to refresh until after you have uploaded multiple files may cause the system to freeze.
