Travis County’s TCTX Serve Non-Profit Grant Program will provide funding from the Coronavirus Relief Fund (CRF) through the CARES Act via the U.S. Treasury to support non-profit social service agencies. The initial amount of available funding is up to $50,000 to eligible non-profit organizations for a total of $1,000,000 total. The following information offers details about the grant program offered to non-profit social service agencies located within Travis County that serve clients in Travis County, in response to the economic crisis related to COVID-19. The County has hired BCL of Texas to administer the grant program. BCL of Texas will be responsible for the marketing, application process, eligibility determination, and award recommendations. Travis County will be responsible for processing payments to grantees, appeal process, final award decision, and program and administrator oversight.
