THIS AGREEMENT is between Research Investment for Global Health Technology Fund ("RIGHT Fund") and the Partners(“You" or “Grantee”), and is effective as of the Start Date. Each party to this Agreement may be referred to individually as a "Party" and together as the "Parties." As a condition of this grant, the Parties enter into this Agreement by having their authorized representatives sign below.
