**TOTALS ARE CALCULATED ON PAGE REFRESH** Enter your numbers, then use the grey Refresh Page button (above) to reload the page with the calculated totals. (Disregard overall totals in 3-Year Budget Comparison and Leadership Diversity tables.)
The following table compares last year's actual (e.g. 2017-18), this year's projected (e.g. 2018-19), and next year's proposed (e.g. 2019-20) budgets. The proposed budget is for the current grant application year.
Totals here must match Grant & Expense Summary on Budget Request tab and Proposed Budget column in the 3-year Budget Comparison table above. When entering Itemized Expenses, please group expenditures and do not list each and every person or item/purchase. For example: Artistic Contract Personel vs. Administrative Contract Personell instead of a list of names or Program Supplies vs. Office Supplies instead of a list of every purchase. For in-kind itemized expenses, go to the Documents Tab.
In the event your organization has more than fourteen (14) Board members, upload the complete list in the Documents Tab. If retired, indicate "-retired" after their name.
Upload each document separately and under the appropriate Document Request link. Be sure each document is legible and can be read easisy. Each individual file must be no larger than 4mb; however, multiple files can be uploaded to each document type and for high resolution files, links to the appropriate media can be used. Just follow the upload instructions once you select "Upload". 990, including balance sheet and income/expense statement must be prepared in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States (US GAAP), or another recognized basis of accounting. Financial statements should clearly indicate the accounting basis used in their preparation.
