The Neighborhood Vitality and Beautification Grant program provides matching grant funds to support Plano neighborhood groups in building strong relationships around a community-driven initiative. The grant provides an incentive to encourage neighborhood groups to develop initiatives that will improve the physical aesthetics of Plano neighborhoods. Program goals include: • Enhance the physical condition of Plano’s neighborhoods • Increase pride and neighborhood identity • Increase community building and participation The program is a matching grant that requires a match from the neighborhood.
