Thank you for your interest in the VSHSL FS 6 DCHS-wide Human Services Workforce Stabilization Request for Proposals (RFP)!

COMMUNICATION:

All documents to be submitted in response to this RFP should be uploaded through ZoomGrants.

The RFP Lead is the sole point of contact for this procurement. All communication regarding the subject matter of this opportunity between the applicants and DCHS upon release of this RFP must be through the RFP Lead, as follows:

Any other communication will be considered unofficial and non-binding on DCHS. Applicants are to rely on written statements issued by the RFP Lead. Communication directed to parties other than the RFP Lead on this opportunity may result in disqualification of the applicant.

Applicants are advised to review these documents in their entirety for guidance on the purpose, requested program models, application questions, and deadlines. This request is open to for-profit and nonprofit organizations, community-based organizations, tribes and tribal organizations with current DCHS or VSHSL funded contracts serving communities in King County.  

Eligible Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Currently receiving DCHS or VSHSL funds.
  • Current DCHS contract ends on or after December 31, 2026.
  • Cannot be technical assistance or capacity building providers.
  • Cannot be public or governmental agencies.
  • If impacted staff are members of a labor union, a letter of support from the union is required for any wage boost or bonus requests.
  • Submit a complete and timely application within the scope of work of this RFP.
