The King County Department of Community and Health Services’ (DCHS) Behavioral Health and Recovery Division (BHRD) is pleased to release this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the BHRD Youth Support Services RFP. This RFP and the resulting grants will foster connection, build support, and link young people to needed behavioral health support and substance use services.
