The King County Department of Community and Health Services’ (DCHS) Behavioral Health and Recovery Division (BHRD) is pleased to release this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the 2026 – 2027 MIDD Community Driven Behavioral Health Grants. This RFP and the resulting grants continue MIDD’s focus on supporting Community-Driven Behavioral Health services and strategies in King County and advances MIDD’s policy goal to “increase culturally relevant, trauma-informed behavioral health services.” Behavioral health is defined to include both mental health and substance use disorder services.
