Thank you for your interest in the VSHSL FS 6: Human Services Workforce Stabilization Request for Applications (RFA)!

COMMUNICATION:

All documents to be submitted in response to this RFA should be uploaded through ZoomGrants.

The RFA Lead is the sole point of contact for this procurement. All communication regarding the subject matter of this opportunity between the applicants and DCHS upon release of this RFA must be through ZoomGrants or the RFA Lead, as follows:

Any other communication will be considered unofficial and non-binding on DCHS. Applicants are to rely on written statements issued by the RFA Lead. Communication directed to parties other than the RFA Lead on this opportunity may result in disqualification of the applicant.

This request is open to nonprofit and for profit organizations, community-based organizations, and tribes and tribal organizations serving communities in King County with current VSHSL funded contracts. A complete list of eligible agencies can be found in Attachment H. Please check this list to confirm your organization is eligible before completing an application.

Eligible Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Currently receiving VSHSL funds directly or via County Memorandum of Agreement partners.
  • Must have at least 12 months remaining on current contract.
  • If impacted staff are members of a labor union, please include a letter of support from the union for any wage boost requests.
  • Submit a complete and timely application within the scope of work of this RFA.
