Responses that provide specific, detailed examples may be rated more favorably. Best Starts reserves the right to adjust scores if similar responses are frequently found in separate proposals.

If you are applying for multiple strategies, please be sure to complete ALL the questions in each ZoomGrants link. 

All questions and information requested must be answered by all applicants applying for HBS strategy funding. If an area of questions do not apply to your proposal you can enter N/A (see instructions in each question). Please note the following as you develop your response:

• If you are applying for different services, it is okay to copy and paste the content that is reusable, you do not need to redevelop content. You must submit an response for each proposed service.
• Best Starts offers free application assistance (also known as technical assistance) to support organizations applying to this RFP. Please see Attachments C&D for more information.

There two required attachments to complete your application:

• Acceptance of Terms 
• Budget 

Please complete a budget for each program/project you are applying for. The atttached file has a tab for each strategy.

There are extra tabs if you are applying for more than one program/project in each strategy.
