The 'Saving' screen is still flashing...now what?

This request is open to nonprofit organizations, community-based organizations, tribes and tribal organizations, and public or governmental agencies serving communities in King County. Small nonprofits and community-based organizations are encouraged to submit proposals.

Eligible applicants must meet the following minimum qualifications:

• Non-profit status or fiscal sponsor
• Experience providing education, employment and/or mental health services to youth and young adults (or demonstration of the skills and abilities necessary to do so)
• Ability and willingness to participate in BSK evaluation activities as described in the RFP document in the "Library" tab

The RFP Lead listed below is the sole point of contact for this procurement. All communication regarding the subject matter of this opportunity between the applicants and DCHS upon release of this RFP must be through ZoomGrants or the RFP Lead, as follows:

Any other communication will be considered unofficial and non-binding on King County. Applicants are to rely only on written statements issued by the RFP Lead. Communication directed to parties other than the RFP Lead on this opportunity may result in disqualification of the applicant.

Interested parties may submit questions in writing prior to the date and time indicated in the RFP schedule through the “Contact Admin” tab in ZoomGrants. The DCHS response to all questions received will be posted as an RFP addendum on ZoomGrants.

If applicants experience technical difficulties with ZoomGrants leading up to the due date, please email proposals to the RFP Lead directly to avoid a late submission. Late submissions may be disqualified from award consideration.
