Salt Lake City FY2026-27 Capital Improvement Program Application Instructions

Thank you for your interest in applying to the FY2026-27 CIP. The application is divided into three sections (36 questions total). Every question must have a response in ZoomGrants in order to submit your application.

Step 1 – Constituent Only (Questions 1–14)

• These questions must be answered only by the Constituent before the initial deadline: October 1, 2025.

Step 2 – Constituent + City Staff (Questions 15–19)

• These questions will be completed after the October 1 deadline, during the collaboration period (October–December 2025).
• What the Constituent must do now:
  • Provide placeholder responses for every question.
  • Written questions: type “To be answered during collaboration between Constituent and City Staff.”
  • Multiple-choice questions: select the option “To be answered during collaboration between Constituent and City Staff.”
• City Staff will then review and finalize responses with you during the collaboration period.

Step 3 – City Staff Only (Questions 20–36)

• These questions will be completed by City Staff during the collaboration period (October–December 2025).
• What the Constituent must do now:
  • Provide placeholder responses for every question.
  • Written questions: type “To be answered during collaboration between Constituent and City Staff.”
  • Multiple-choice questions: select the option “To be answered during collaboration between Constituent and City Staff.”
• City Staff will review and finalize these responses before the final deadline in December 2025.

Instrucciones de Solicitud – Programa de Mejoras de Capital de la Ciudad de Salt Lake (CIP) FY2026-27

Gracias por su interés en solicitar al CIP FY2026-27. La solicitud está dividida en tres secciones (36 preguntas en total). Cada pregunta debe tener una respuesta en ZoomGrants para poder enviar su solicitud.

Any additional documentation (letters of support, pictures of current asset condition, etc.) that support the application are welcomed and can be uploaded for review under the documents tab.
