Matching fund applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis for local partners who are applying for federal broadband infrastructure funding (grants or loans). Match grant awards will be committed on a first-come, first-served basis to eligible applicants whose projects are strong candidates for the federal funding opportunity sought.
Revised methodology:
Total federal funding award or application amount, divided .75 equals eligible project cost. Subtract the federal award/application amount from the eligible project cost to get the net amount allowed for match. This amount cannot exceed the maximum allowed $5 million dollar.
