The Roseville Municipal Code requires anyone conducting business within the City of Roseville to have a current business license on file with the City of Roseville. This includes non-profits doing business or providing services in Roseville. The City of Roseville will waive the license fee for non-profit organizations however there is a $1.00 State fee that will be collected. You must have a current business license on file with the City of Roseville by the due date of the application February 6, 2023. CBF & ARPA Fund - There is no maximum funding request for CBF or ARPA grant applications. Non-profit 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(4) organizations serving citizens of Roseville are eligible to apply for funding. One non-profit application per school site please. REACH Fund - Based on funding availability, grant requests for REACH Funds are limited to Non-profit 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(4) organizations improving the quality of life for youth, families and seniors in Placer County. Private School sites and Public School Non-profits: Individual private school sites and public school non-profits (including PTC's, Preschools, Booster Clubs, etc.) are limited to one application per school site. School district foundations are limited to only one application per school site. In order to qualify, all applicants must have a current business license with the City of Roseville by the application deadline.
